How in Ms Word Text can Be Converted to Tables and Vise Vorsa?

Ans. Ms. Word is so advance software which we can do what we want to do with our text. Some time we make the list of different data in text form and interested to convert it in to table. By adopting following steps we can perform this action.

First step

Write data in the form of text. Suppose the following is the list of debtor which is written in text form.

Name of debtor amount
Vijay 10000
Jain 90000
Santosh 60000
Ajay 30000
Mohan 70000

Second Step

Select all the text and click table button from menu bar .

Third step

Go to convert option in it and click text to table .

Fourth step


When you click text to table. Then you will see a new pop up window which will tell you, different option and according to your need, you can convert your text into table. But most easy is to select auto fit


And if you change table into text , then again select table and then click table and go to convert option and click table to text and you will see table will be converted into text form .

Q:- 1. What is the clip board in MS Office? How it can be used to move the things between different programmes.

Ans. Clipboard is list of all tools in MS office software. In this list we can include ms word, Excel, Power point and MS Access. This clip board can be seen by going to start programme all and you will find clip board in MS Office.
Clip board is a very easy way to shift one program to other file. Suppose ms word when we open and write some thing and we can save it any other place. Basically clip board is in c drive where we installed MS office.

Q: - 2. Explain various features of paragraph dialog box. How can each paragraph be given unique before and after spelling?


Ans. When we open MS Word and then when we click format button and after this we see second button of paragraph.
When we click and open paragraph a popup window will open and in this you will see many options. Here I am writing its features one by one.



Ist feature

1. General

Alignment

Typically in office employee can use this feature for setting of paragraph in right side, lift side or justified. We can also change any one paragraph and select level 1, level 2, or any one and ok.

2nd feature

With paragraph dialog box we can change indentation of paragraph. In this we can Right and Left space.

Spacing feature is also very important with this we can leave before space and after space of a paragraph. Let me explain suppose space is 0 between two paragraph you can change it double multiple and choosing by before or after option.

Paragraph can be given unique before and after by leaving single line space.
